Our Editors & Coaches
Every document edited and every coaching session delivered at CampusScribe is handled by carefully vetted specialists with advanced qualifications in their field. Our editors improve the work you have written — they never write it for you.
Editor Selection Process
We maintain rigorous standards when selecting our editorial team. Each editor and coach undergoes thorough verification including:
- •Advanced degree (Master's or PhD) in their specialty
- •Demonstrated editing or teaching experience with academic texts
- •A supervised trial edit assessed against our quality standard
- •A signed commitment to our academic integrity policy
What Our Editors Do — and Don't Do
Our editors correct grammar and style, give structured feedback on argument and organisation, fix citations and formatting, and coach you through the skills behind strong academic writing. Every edit is returned with tracked changes so you see and learn from what changed.
What they will not do is produce content on your behalf. We do not write essays, dissertations, or assignments for submission — that would breach academic integrity rules at your institution and, in the UK, the law. If a request would cross that line, we will say so and offer the legitimate support we can give instead.
Why We Don't Publish Editor Names
Confidentiality runs both ways at CampusScribe. Just as we never disclose our clients, our editors work under professional confidentiality and are presented by specialism rather than by name. When your order is matched, you can message your assigned editor directly throughout the engagement.
Quality Assurance
Every completed edit goes through a quality review before delivery — checking that the editing brief was fully met, that tracked changes and editor notes are clear, and that formatting and referencing meet the required style. If anything falls short, we revise it before it reaches you.
